  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 onion, small and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 72 inches corn tortillas
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In large skillet cook ground beef, drain.

    In large bowl, stir together onion, enchilada sauce, soups and milk.

    Layer half of each, beef, tortillas, soup mixture, and cheese in a 3 qt baking dish.

    Repeat layers except for cheese.

    Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake additional 5 minutes.
