  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cans green chili peppers (mild), chopped
  • 1 small bag tostado chips

    Layer in casserole, starting with cheese mixture, meat and chips.
