- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped olives
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 tortillas
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Directions

1Heat enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and water.

2Brown meat with garlic and onion.

3Add egg and olives.

4Add salt and 1/2 cup of sauce.

5In a casserole, layer tortillas (dipped first in sauce), meat mixture and cheese.

6Pour over remaining sauce.

7Top with cheese.

8Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.
