- 1 lb. lean hamburger meat
- 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom (each)
- 1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada sauce mix
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes (do not drain)
- 1 (10 to 12 count) box taco shells
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat and onion; drain.

2In large bowl, mix cream of chicken and mushroom soup (do not add water), dry enchilada mix, Ro-Tel tomatoes (do not drain) and browned meat and onion.

3Place taco shells in greased pan and fill with meat mixture.

4Cover with grated cheese and bake.

5Bake at 350° until done (35 minutes).
