- 1 bag plain Tostitos
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (10 oz.) can Old El Paso enchilada sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions and drain off fat.

2Stir in soup, enchilada sauce, milk and 3/4 of the shredded cheese.

3Bring to a boil.

4Remove form heat and add 1/2 bag of chips.

5Stir well and pour into casserole dish.

6Add remaining cheese on top.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Serve with Old El Paso refried beans.
