  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chile beans
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. green chiles
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 (6-inch) corn tortillas
  • 1/2 c. shredded skim milk Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Saute beef, onion and garlic until brown and tender.

    Combine beans, oregano, chili powder, chiles, tomato sauce and water in separate saucepan.
