Enchilada Casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 small cans enchilada sauce (regular or hot)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 2 cans sliced olives
  • 2 c. diced onions
  • 3/4 lb. Jack cheese
  • 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Grease a large pan.

    Break up 6 tortillas and lay in bottom of pan.

    Take half olives, onions and cheese.

    Layer on top of tortillas.

    Pour half the sauce over and start all over with tortillas.

    Do the same with the rest.

    May make three layers if you wish.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
