- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 small cans enchilada sauce (regular or hot)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 cans sliced olives
- 2 c. diced onions
- 3/4 lb. Jack cheese
- 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Grease a large pan.

2Break up 6 tortillas and lay in bottom of pan.

3Take half olives, onions and cheese.

4Layer on top of tortillas.

5Pour half the sauce over and start all over with tortillas.

6Do the same with the rest.

7May make three layers if you wish.

8Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
