- 2 lb Chicken Breast (boneless/skinless)
- 1 can Enchilada Sauce
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 Chili Powder
- 1 Smoked Paprika
- 1 Hot Sauce
- 1 Juice of a Lime
Directions

1Cut the chicken into smaller pieces (2 inches roughly)

2Put the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the enchilada sauce over it

3Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (until chicken is fully cooked)

4Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate

5When chicken is done, take the pieces out of the slow cooker and put them in a bowl

6Pull the chicken apart with tongs and put it back in the slow cooker (mix it with the juice in the slow cooker)

7Serve with Sour Cream Sauce on top
