- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 3/4 to 1 soup can milk
- 12 slices cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 12 corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown beef with onion and green chilies in the microwave, approximately 5 to 8 minutes, or until not pink.

2In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer corn tortillas, meat, cheese, soup mixture and enchilada sauce.

3Repeat, with cheese last.

4Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
