  • 1 jar Picante Sauce
  • 13 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole 2-3 Lb Beef Roast

Directions

    In a bowl, combine the picante sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar and mix well.

    Place the roast in slow cooker and pour sauce over it.

    Cook on LOW setting for 6-8 hours.

    Delicious served over couscous, with a green salad on the side.
