- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 can black olives
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- flour tortillas
- American and Jack cheeses, sliced
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion.

2Drain off fat and set aside. In a saucepan, add together soup, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, sliced olives, water and cornstarch.

3Over medium heat, cook until slightly thick.

4Remove from heat and add ground beef to sauce mix.

5In a baking dish, make layers with cheeses, sauce and tortillas.

6Finish off with meat and cheeses.

7Bake at 300° for 35 minutes.
