  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 c. Cheddar or Longhorn cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown onions and ground beef.

    Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder and tomato sauce.

    Place 4 tortillas in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

    Place half of the meat over the top and then half of the cheese.

    Repeat the layers. Pour 1/2 cup water around the edge and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
