- 6 c. chicken broth (fresh, canned or bouillon cubes in water)
Directions

1Melt oil in large saucepan.

2Add chili powder, flour, garlic salt, oregano and cumin; stir until well blended.

3Gradually stir in 6 cups hot chicken broth and stir to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
