- 1/2 cans 8 Oz. Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Knorrs Caldo De Tomate
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dark Chili Powder
- 3 Tablespoons All Purpose White Flour
- 2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Chicken Base (bouillon)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a blender and blend till well mixed.

2If you want a more spicy sauce, increase the Chili powder to 2 Tablespoons.

3Put 1 T. of oil in a medium sauce pan.

4Turn stove to med-high and pour the sauce into the pan.

5Cook until bubbly and thick, stirring continually, about 5 minutes.

6**If you cannot find Caldo de Tomate, use 3-4T.

7mild chili powder,1/2 small onion, and 1/8 t. cumin.

8This is a perfect sauce for Chicken or Cheese Enchiladas and Pork Tamales.
