  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked hamburger meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium size enchilada sauce mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) tomato paste
  • tortilla shells
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Hormel chili

Directions

    Put a tablespoon of meat into a tortilla shell, dipped into sauce.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Roll.

    Place into pan.

    Fill up. Add remaining sauce, meat, chili and cheese.

    Top with cheese. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
