- 1 Whole egg
- 300 ml Milk
- 25 grams Cake flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 drops Vanilla extract
Directions

1Add the milk to the pot and heat to just before boiling.

2The edges of the pot will start to bubble.

3Add the egg, flour, and sugar to a bowl.

4Mix until it becomes white and thick like mayonnaise.

5The smell of the egg will disappear.

6Check the taste and adjust the sweetness.

7Add the warmed milk to the bowl a little at a time, mixing well.

8Once the mixture is well incorporated, return to the pot.

9Shake in the vanilla extract and heat on low.

10Once it's heated and has a thick feel, it's complete.

11Put in a storage pack or a container and wrap tightly to store.
