- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 1 c. beef stock
- 1 lb. hamburg
- corn tortillas
Directions

1Fry 1 pound hamburg with onion.

2Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in butter.

3Add flour, salt, chili powder, tomatoes and beef stock.

4Cook until thick and smooth for sauce.

5Fry corn tortillas until soft and warm.

6Spoon meat into tortillas.

7Roll and lay in baking dish.

8Spoon sauce on top of tortillas.

9Bake in 350° oven for 5 minutes.
