- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 block Longhorn cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 10 soft flour shells (large)
Directions

1Grease dish.

2Brown hamburger and drain.

3Add sauce, beans and onion; simmer.

4Grate and add half of the cheese.

5Fry shells in oil.

6Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat on each shell.

7Roll up and put in pan.

8Pour rest of sauce over top of full pan.

9Top with rest of cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
