- 1 or 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 3 or 4 boiled eggs
- 1 small can drained olives
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1 doz. tortillas
- 1 large bell pepper
- hot sauce to taste
Directions

1Brown meat, onion and pepper.

2Add chopped olives, eggs and hot sauce.

3Add 3/4 can of enchilada sauce.

4Heat remaining sauce. Dip tortillas into hot sauce and fill with meat mixture; fold and lay in pan.

5Put grated cheese and extra sauce over enchiladas. Warm in oven until cheese melts.
