- 1 or 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can ripe olives, chopped
- 3/4 c. flour
- salt to taste
- 4 1/2 c. water
- chili powder to taste as spicy as desired
Directions

1Gravy should be rather thin.

2In another skillet, heat oil and fry tortillas (flat).

3(Do not cook hard.)

4Put tortillas in gravy; remove to 9 x 13-inch pan and put spoonful of ground meat mixture in tortilla.

5Roll up.

6When finished, put remainder of gravy over enchiladas.

7Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.

8Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
