- 1 onion
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can taco sauce (small)
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese
- 2 pkg. tortillas
Directions

1Brown meat and onions.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Warm soup, taco sauce, tomatoes and chopped chilies in saucepan.

4Grate cheese.

5Place tortillas in casserole dish.

6Cover with meat mixture, then pour soup mixture over meat.

7Top with cheese.

8Cook in 400° oven for about 25 minutes or until heated well through.
