- 1/2 c. cooked ground beef or chicken
- 1 small can green chilies (mild)
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (any kind)
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 12 corn tortillas
Directions

1Combine meat, onion, green chilies and 1/2 cup cheese; set aside.

2Combine in saucepan, soups and enchilada sauce; heat until warm.

3Dip each tortilla in sauce, one at a time.

4Place in baking dish.

5Fill with meat mixture; roll up.

6Pour sauce over tortillas.

7Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
