  • 1/2 c. cooked ground beef or chicken
  • 1 small can green chilies (mild)
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (any kind)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 12 corn tortillas

Directions

    Combine meat, onion, green chilies and 1/2 cup cheese; set aside.

    Combine in saucepan, soups and enchilada sauce; heat until warm.

    Dip each tortilla in sauce, one at a time.

    Place in baking dish.

    Fill with meat mixture; roll up.

    Pour sauce over tortillas.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
