  • 1 lb. hamburger meat, browned and well drained
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. each mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

    Combine enchilada sauce and diced tomatoes. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan just to cover bottom. On each flour tortilla spread spoonful of refried beans, top with spoonful of meat and sprinkle with a little of each cheese. Roll up and place in pan. Pour remainder of sauce and tomatoes over all rolled up tortillas. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cover with cheeses. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
