  • 1-1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 pkg 10 count flour or corn tortilla
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2 pkg mexican cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • dash of worcestershire sauce

    Brown ground beef and onion, drain. mix beef mixture, soup, rotel, seasoning, milk and worcestershire sauce together. Put cheese in tortilla shells and roll; place in buttered 9x13 casserole pan. Pour beef mixture over, pour extra cheese on top. Bake 350° for 30 min. Top with lettuce, tomato, black olives and sour cream.
