- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/4 to 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. flour, heaping
- 2 c. water, divided
- 1 (19 oz.) can Wolf Brand chili without beans
- 1 c. American cheese
- corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown meat with garlic salt, salt and pepper.

2When almost done, add onion and finish cooking meat until done.

3Add chili powder, cumin and flour.

4Mix well and add 1 1/2 cups of water. Simmer on medium heat about 2 minutes.

5Add chili and simmer. Grate 1 to 1 1/2 cups American cheese or any soft cheese.

6Soften tortillas in hot grease.

7Dip part of the cooked meat out of the chili.

8Roll meat and cheese in corn tortillas.

9Put cheese and left over chili on top of rolled up tortillas.

10Heat until cheese is bubbly, about 15 minutes.
