- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 12 tortilla shells
- enchilada sauce
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Fry tortilla shells just slightly on both sides.

2Use enchilada sauce in recipe.

3Brown the ground beef, salt, onion, chili powder and pepper.

4Drain meat.

5Spread each tortilla shell with sauce.

6Add meat and sprinkle with onion and cheese.

7Roll up and put side by side in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.

8Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.

9Bake 30 minutes in a 350° to 375° oven.
