- 1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) Cheddar, grated
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 pkg. Schilling enchilada sauce mix
- 1 small can black olives
- 1 can chillies
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
Directions

1Cook hamburger and drain fat.

2Mix enchilada sauce and cook 10 minutes.

3Add onion, olives and chillies to hamburger.

4Put some sauce mix in hamburger.

5Put small amount of meat mixture and cheese in tortilla and roll up.
