- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
- 1 large can refried beans
- 1 onion
- 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. grated Longhorn cheese
Directions

1Brown and drain hamburger; add garlic powder, salt, pepper and tomato sauce and simmer for 15 to 30 minutes.

2Heat tortillas in microwave, put 2 tablespoons meat mixture in each tortilla.

3Add some Longhorn cheese, onion and refried beans (heated).

4Roll each tortilla up and hold together with a toothpick.

5After tortillas are prepared, pour enchilada sauce over all and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

6Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until it starts to bubble.

7You can also add sour cream and black olives.
