- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 c. peeled tomatoes
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- tortillas
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Brown meat; drain.

3Stir in tomato paste, seasoning and water.

4Simmer for 10 minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in peeled tomatoes.

7Place 1 tablespoon meat filling and some cheese on each tortilla.

8Roll up tightly and place, seam side down, in a greased cake pan.

9Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil.

10Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
