  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 pkg. cheese, grated
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 12 tortillas
  • chili powder (I use chili seasoning mix)
  • cornstarch

Directions

    Brown meat.

    Grate cheese; chop onion.

    Heat tomato juice and chili mix.
  4. 4
    Thicken with cornstarch.
  5. 5
    Dip tortilla in juice until warm.
  6. 6
    Spoon meat, some onion and some cheese in tortilla.

    Roll. Place in pan.

    Continue until all tortillas are rolled and placed in pan.
