  • 1 lb. brisket, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pkg. large flour tortillas
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 large bag Mexican cheese, shredded

Directions

    Mix 1 can sauce and refried beans with meat. Place a scoop of meat and cheese on tortilla; roll up and place in pan. Pour the other can of enchilada sauce over tortillas and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
