- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb. cheese, grated
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small jar pimentos
- jalapenos to taste
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Brown ground meat; drain.

2Heat tortillas until soft, if you want to roll enchiladas.

3The fast way is to layer in a greased casserole dish, tortillas, meat, onions and cheese until used up. Finish with tortillas.

4Mix and heat remaining ingredients.
