- 5 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- Sea salt
- 1 cup butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

2In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour and a dash salt with a fork.

3Transfer the flour mixture to the bowl of a food processor.

4Add in the butter and 2 cups water.

5Pulse just until bound.

6Take the dough out of the food processor.

7Sprinkle the counter lightly with some flour.

8Cut the dough into three equal chunks.

9Flour your rolling pin, then roll out each piece of dough.

10Lightly fold in half, which creates a half-moon shape, and move to baking sheet.

11Open and flatten out the dough.

12Wet your hands and wipe over the dough to moisten.

13Sprinkle with sea salt.

14Cut with ravioli wheel (random sizes are best).

15Then take a fork and puncture the pieces.

16Repeat for the remaining pieces of dough.

17Bake until puffy and golden brown, 10 minutes.
