- 1 lb. beef
- 1 c. onion
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheese
- 1 c. Ro-Tel
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 pkg. chili mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Brown meat and onion until done; drain and set aside.

2Mix tomato paste and chili mix.

3Cook 10 minutes.

4Remove from heat and cool.

5Dip tortilla shell in sauce.

6Put a tablespoon of meat and cheese.

7Roll up tight.

8Place seam side down.

9Top with rest of sauce.

10Cover with foil.

11Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

12Uncover and sprinkle with rest of cheese.
