- 1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
- 2 lb. ground meat
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic or more
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 can olives
- 1 lb. or more Cheddar and Jack cheese
- 2 cans Las Palmas sauce
- salt and pepper (if needed)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Brown onions, garlic and green chiles.

3Open can of sauce and heat.

4Use a 9 x 13-inch pan and put a little sauce in pan.

5Dip tortillas in sauce and fill with meat and onions mixture. Place two olives and cheese.

6Roll up and place seam side down in pan.

7Continue until pan is full.

8Put remaining sauce over all the tortilla and spread with rest of the cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or more.

10Serves 10 to 12.
