- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. large tortillas
- 1 chunk Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Mix soups and enchilada sauce together well.

2Brown hamburger and drain.

3Shred the Cheddar cheese.

4Mix 1/2 of the cheese with hamburger.

5Spread a small amount of sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

6Fill tortillas with hamburger mixture. Place evenly in casserole dish.

7Cover with the remaining sauce and top with remaining cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
