- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 good sized chopped onion, cooked in small amount of water until dry and browned
Directions

1Put tortillas into pan of hot enchilada sauce.

2Take out and put a small amount of meat that has been prepared.

3Add a small amount of grated cheese.

4Roll up; put into a pan and pour enchilada sauce over this.

5Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

6Put in oven and cook at 325° for about 15 minutes.
