  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 good sized chopped onion, cooked in small amount of water until dry and browned

Directions

    Put tortillas into pan of hot enchilada sauce.

    Take out and put a small amount of meat that has been prepared.

    Add a small amount of grated cheese.
  4. 4
    Roll up; put into a pan and pour enchilada sauce over this.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

    Put in oven and cook at 325° for about 15 minutes.
