  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium size)
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped (4 oz. can)
  • 1 (12 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Saute onion, ground beef and peppers.

    Add enchilada sauce, 1 can chicken soup.

    Cut tortillas in strips and line casserole with them.

    Add layers of meat mixture and cheese.

    Sprinkle top with cheese.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 20 minutes.
