  • juice of 1 1/2 lemons
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Save egg whites for meringue.

    Mix all except water.

    Add the water last.

    Cook on low heat or double boiler until thickened. Put in baked shell.
