- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. tomatoes, crushed
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. shredded super brand Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Brown meat and onions; drain.

3Stir in tomatoes, paste, water and seasoning.

4Simmer minutes.

5Place round tablespoon of each meat sauce and cheese on each tortilla. Roll up tightly.

6Place seam side down in 12 x 8-inch baking dish; top with remaining sauce and cheese.

7Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
