  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. tomatoes, crushed
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. shredded super brand Cheddar cheese

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Brown meat and onions; drain.

    Stir in tomatoes, paste, water and seasoning.

    Simmer minutes.

    Place round tablespoon of each meat sauce and cheese on each tortilla. Roll up tightly.

    Place seam side down in 12 x 8-inch baking dish; top with remaining sauce and cheese.

    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
