- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons taco sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown beef and onion together; drain meat mixture.

2Add half of the chilies, cream of mushroom soup, milk and taco sauce to meat mixture.

3Simmer for 10 minutes.

4Quarter tortilla shells and line the bottom and sides of a 9 x 9 baking dish with tortillas.

5Place half of meat mixture on tortilla shells; cover with 1 cup cheese.

6Place remaining tortilla shells on top of mixture; put rest of meat mixture on top of shells and cover with cheese again.

7Either bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes OR microwave for 10 minutes.
