- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. bran
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1 apple, shredded
Directions

1In large bowl, combine egg and milk.

2Add to egg mixture, oil and vanilla; blend well.

3Mix in oats, raisins, sunflower and sesame seeds, wheat germ, bran and shredded apple.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Batter will last about two weeks.
