  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. rolled oats
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. bran
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1 apple, shredded

Directions

    In large bowl, combine egg and milk.

    Add to egg mixture, oil and vanilla; blend well.

    Mix in oats, raisins, sunflower and sesame seeds, wheat germ, bran and shredded apple.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Batter will last about two weeks.
