- 6 English muffins
- 2 cans (2.25 oz. each) sliced or chopped olives
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (about 6 oz.)
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt (optional)
- parsley sprigs for garnish (optional)
Directions

1Cut English muffins in half.

2Set aside.

3In large bowl mix together olives, cheese, onions, mayonnaise and salt.

4Spread mixture evenly over 12 muffin halves.

5Place on baking sheet. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.

6Cut in half before serving.

7Garnish with parsley sprigs.
