- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can pimentos
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Place a layer of English peas in the bottom of the dish.

2Slice the eggs and put a layer of eggs, then put on the pimentos and cheese and pour the mushroom soup over the ingredients.

3Top with cracker crumbs and cheese.

4Bake for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
