  • 3 kilogram Onions
  • 2 box Pickling Spices
  • 3 liter Brown Vinegar
  • 4 large Glass Jars

Directions

    Peal Onions

    Fill glass jars with onions

    Add 2 tablespoons of picking spice per 500gm jar

    Fill jar with Vinegar
  5. 5
    Seal jar and leave in cupboard for 3 to 5 weeks or until onions have turned brown
