  • 1 c. dry mustard
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 10 to 12 oz. flat beer or ale

    Slowly add beer and blend until smooth.

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Makes about 2 cups.
