- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sour milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. currants
Directions

1Cut butter into dry ingredients.

2Add eggs (keep 1 white for brushing top).

3Add milk and currants.

4Roll 1/2 inch thick.

5Cut in triangles.

6Place on greased cookie sheet.

7Brush with unbeaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
