- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 lb. butter or 2 sticks margarine
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 4 to 6 plain Hershey bars
- finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Place sugar, butter or margarine and water in large, heavy pan. Cook for 10 minutes on very high flame until mixture turns golden brown, stirring constantly.

2Pour on lightly buttered cookie sheet and quickly spread Hershey bars over hot base.

3Sprinkle with finely chopped pecans.

4Cool and break into pieces.
