  • 1-1/2 cup Basic Sugar Syrup #2
  • 1/4 cup instant coffee powder
  • 1-1/3 cup vodka
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 qt. glass container

Directions

    Stir sugar syrup and instant coffee until very smooth.

    Pour into a 4 cup (1 quart) screw top jar.

    Stir in vodka and vanilla.

    Close jar.

    Store in a cool, dark place for a minimum of 1 week to allow it to age.
