- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Melt butter over low heat.

2Stir in sugar.

3Constantly stir for 5 minutes.

4Add walnuts and cook 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.

5Turn to high heat and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes or until it turns medium brown.

6Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Pour chocolate chips over and spread when melted. Refrigerate until cool.

8Break into pieces.
